OMNI Refrigeration came to us as a company without an existing website or digital presence. Evolving the Site for Competitiveness
The initial six-page website provided OMNI with a solid start, but we quickly identified opportunities to strengthen their market position. We proposed and delivered additional features — including new service pages, a detailed product catalogue showcasing all their refrigeration products, and a custom multi-step contact form designed to guide users smoothly through the enquiry process.
Alongside this, we ran a Google Ads campaign that brought a steady flow of leads and visitors to the new site. Since launch, we’ve continued to manage and expand the site, adding new products and services to help OMNI grow and stay competitive.


Strong Results with Performance and Visibility
From launch, OMNI’s website delivered excellent technical performance — achieving Google Lighthouse scores of 98 for performance, 95 for accessibility, 96 for best practices, and 92 for SEO. These strong foundations contributed to fast load times and a smooth user experience across devices. The site attracted over 19,000 views, 4,000 active users, and 1,000 key events, with nearly 50,000 user interactions recorded. This reflects a solid level of engagement and reach for a new business entering the market.
