OMNI Refrigeration came to us as a company without an existing website or digital presence. We designed and developed a professional, multi-page bespoke website that established their credibility in the market. To support their growth, we also ran a Google Ads campaign over three months, which successfully generated leads and boosted visibility.

Building Credibility through web design

OMNI Refrigeration came to us looking to stand out in a competitive industry. With no prior web presence, their key goals were to build trust, showcase professionalism, and give potential clients confidence in their services. We designed a modern, clean website that reflected their brand values and positioned them as a credible business in the refrigeration sector.

To further enhance credibility, we focused on thoughtful design choices and content structure that communicated expertise, even without an existing portfolio or testimonials.

Evolving the Site for Competitiveness

The initial six-page website provided OMNI with a solid start, but we quickly identified opportunities to strengthen their market position. We proposed and delivered additional features — including new service pages, a detailed product catalogue showcasing all their refrigeration products, and a custom multi-step contact form designed to guide users smoothly through the enquiry process.

Alongside this, we ran a Google Ads campaign that brought a steady flow of leads and visitors to the new site. Since launch, we’ve continued to manage and expand the site, adding new products and services to help OMNI grow and stay competitive.

Strong Results with Performance and Visibility

From launch, OMNI’s website delivered excellent technical performance — achieving Google Lighthouse scores of 98 for performance, 95 for accessibility, 96 for best practices, and 92 for SEO. These strong foundations contributed to fast load times and a smooth user experience across devices. The site attracted over 19,000 views, 4,000 active users, and 1,000 key events, with nearly 50,000 user interactions recorded. This reflects a solid level of engagement and reach for a new business entering the market.

What’s included in the website project?

All projects include hosting and email setup, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. We also offer content guidance, SEO setup, and integrations depending on the plan you choose.

In addition to these core deliverables, every project begins with a clear discovery and strategy phase where we outline your goals, site structure, and visual direction. During the design stage, we create layouts tailored to your brand, ensuring the site feels cohesive, modern, and easy to navigate. Development is handled in-house using clean, efficient code that prioritises performance, accessibility, and SEO readiness.

How long does it take to build a website?

Throughout the project, we keep you updated on milestones, from design approval to testing and handover,  ensuring everything stays on track and launches smoothly. If you have a fixed deadline or campaign date, we can also prioritise your build to meet your goals.

What platform do you use? Can I edit my site after it’s live?

We use Webflow to build all websites. You’ll have full access and training to update your content easily (or you can hand it off to us if you're on a care plan).

During handover, we’ll guide you through how to use the platform confidently. If you prefer a completely hands-off approach, our ongoing care plans include content updates, backups, and optimisation so your site stays current and performing well without extra effort on your end.

Do you offer hosting and maintenance?

Yes. Hosting is included in all care plans. You can also choose a hosting-only option if you don’t need ongoing support.

Our hosting runs on Webflow’s global network, ensuring your website loads quickly and remains secure around the clock. Each plan includes SSL certification, daily backups, and built-in content delivery (CDN) for speed and reliability across devices. With the hosting-only option, you’ll still benefit from professional-grade performance and uptime monitoring, even if you prefer to handle updates yourself.
